Kingdom Military Academy: Your journey to leadership, character and personal development.
The Kingdom Military Academy is an intensive, life-changing full-time training school with 3-month military disciplines. From Sept. 1, 2025 through Nov. 14, 2025, this (international) training program offers full training with 10 weeks of classes in the Netherlands and 2 practical weeks.

The KMA is a 3-month training in which you will learn new skills and gain unique work experience that will benefit you in your further career. Whether you specifically want to prepare for a training/career within defense or want to grow in personal development, character and mental resilience, at the Kingdom Military Academy you will work on yourself. This will positively contribute to your self-confidence, motivation and resilience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn both military and basic skills, cooperation, leadership and perseverance. These competencies can be of great value for your later professional career. Under the guidance of instructors, experts by experience and guest lecturers, you will learn essential (leadership) skills and strengthen your mental resilience.
Program Overview: Lesson Phase and Outreach
Lesson Phase
The teaching phase is designed as an in-depth learning experience, where you work on personal growth, character building and spiritual deepening. You will go through a unique journey with military disciplines, lessons from inspiring instructors, experienced guest lecturers combined with groundbreaking outdoor training. For 3 months you will be hanging out with other peers, learning true camaraderie and immediately applying what you learn and working towards personal, spiritual, and physical goals. The training is in Dutch and English translation is available.
Outreach phase
In the outreach phase, an intensive trip abroad is planned. The first introductory week will take place in the Ardennes, Belgium. Later in the training you will visit a mountain area in Norway or Switzerland, where you will grow spiritually and explore physical and mental limits.
Practical Information
- Duration: September 1, 2025 to November 14, 2025 (10 teaching weeks including 2 practical weeks abroad)
- Times: Monday morning through Friday afternoon
- Weekends you are free and have the opportunity to work.
- Location: Helvoirt – Emmaus Reflection Center
- Incl. overnight stay from Monday to Friday
- Outreach trips:
- An introductory week in Ardennes, Belgium and a mountain trip to Norway or Switzerland
- Age: 18-28 (older? Contact us personally for an introductory meeting)
- Language: Dutch (English translation available)
- Lecturers: Various instructors within defense, experiential and guest lecturers with years of training and leadership experience.
Cost
- Lesson stage: €1995.
- Application fee: €250 (offset against total cost)
Includes: Lodging, meals, study materials and travel expenses abroad.
Application procedure
After applying using the form below, we will contact you personally. We will invite you for an introductory interview. Finally, there is a physical and medical examination. If you pass this, you will be accepted for the KMA training.
